  • Those purchasing half-price tickets must provide proof; failing to do so will require payment of the full ticket price difference.
  • The travel time is approximately 90-120 minutes but may vary based on actual traffic and road conditions.
  • Airport shuttle bus arrival times may be slightly affected by traffic conditions. To avoid missing check-in and boarding times, passengers should board the bus at least four hours before their flight's departure. The company is not responsible for compensation if passengers do not board early and miss their flight.
  • Half-price discounts are not applicable for foreign tourists and residents with a residency permit.
  • Spot boarding is available if seats are unsold; passengers can board by paying cash without needing change. To avoid missing out on seats and delaying travel, please reserve in advance.
  • On the bus route to Kaohsiung Xiaogang International Airport, if an issue attributable to our company prevents you from boarding your scheduled flight, we will arrange for you to travel on a designated vehicle and compensate with a ticket for the same flight segment (economy class only) or provide a monetary compensation.
  • Passenger count includes infants and children. Children aged 0 – 5 ride for free but do not occupy a separate seat and must be accompanied by an adult. One adult may bring one child for free (a fare must be purchased for additional children).

Visitors can take this route to visit iconic landmarks such as the Confucius Temple, Tainan Art Museum Buildings 1 and 2, Judicial Museum, Hayashi Department Store, and Chihkan Tower. Along the way, you can also explore Youai Street, Guohua Street, Shennong Street, or Hai’an Road to savor local Tainan snacks and delicacies.

Additionally, the route extends to connect attractions in Anping and Qigu districts. From October to April (dates subject to Fucheng Bus announcements), an additional birdwatching route is available. Visitors can transfer to the Black-faced Spoonbill Shuttle Bus and head to the birdwatching pavilion to admire the elegant flight of these unique birds, making it an ideal choice for travelers exploring Tainan.

  1. This is an electronic ticket (QR Code) and a physical ticket will not be sent separately.
  2. After completing the payment, please check your email to receive the "payment successful notification" email. You can use the QR code attached in the email for verification, or you can go to the website's "Member Center" → "My Orders" → "Paid" page → click "View" to access the QR Code for verification.
  3. Present your electronic voucher (QR code) at the redemption counter, show the QR code to the staff to exchange or scan it at the kiosk .

  • Redemption process: Please go to the bus stop you have booked, and show the electronic voucher (QR Code) to the driver for scanning before boarding.
    • Only valid for the reserved bus service. Please wait for the bus early; tickets are non-refundable if not used on the booked day.

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for any redeemed products or gifts in the package.
  • Please be sure to check the business hours of the redemption location. If you are unable to redeem during the specified hours, please redeem during other normal business hours within the valid period.
  • The package has a validity period of 14 days, which means it must be fully redeemed within 14 days (including the first day of use) after any product is used. For example, if the first product is used on January 1, 2025, the latest expiration date for all products will be January 14, 2025.
  • This ticket is limited to one person per use. Each electronic ticket can only be used once, and it cannot be reused after verification for entry.
  • Except for situations specified in the "Regulations on Stopping Office and Class Operations due to Natural Disasters," in which the county/city government decides to suspend announcements or class activities, or when the management unit deems it necessary to fully or partially close the park due to factors that may affect visitor safety, the event organizer may postpone or cancel the event.     • For passengers wishing to ride the 00:00 service, please note: e.g., if you wish to ride at 12:00 AM on 7/2, please reserve the 00:00 service on 7/3 by 19:00 on 7/2
    • Passenger count must include infants and children. Children aged 0 – 5 years can ride for free but will not occupy a separate seat and must be accompanied by an adult. One adult may only bring one child for free (a concession ticket is required for the second child onwards).
    • When bringing pets on board, the material of the pet carrier must meet IATA specifications (International Air Transport Association pet carrier standards) made of sturdy hard plastic, with the maximum exterior height not exceeding 70 cm, and the maximum exterior width not exceeding 90 cm. Additionally, our service accepts service dogs such as guide dogs on board; during the ride, the dog must be leashed and remain by the passenger’s feet throughout the journey, and is not subject to IATA specifications.
    • Passengers may bring bicycles on board, following the carry-on baggage rules (each item must not exceed a length of 150 cm, and the sum of length, width, and height must not exceed 220 cm, with a total weight not exceeding 40 kg). The bicycle must be folded to fit within the specified dimensions and stored in a bike bag.
    • The bus is not equipped to accommodate wheelchair boarding and alighting.
    • If bringing a stroller, please fold it properly and store it in the bus luggage compartment.
    • For luggage, bicycles, and strollers, please bring your own or ensure they have protective measures to prevent damage during transit.
    • Please watch over your personal belongings; the company is not responsible for any damage or theft.
  • Ticketing Information:
    • Discounted tickets are limited to passengers holding Republic of China nationality.
      Eligibility for concession tickets:
      1. Children aged 6 – 12 years
      2. Seniors aged 65 years and above
      3. Individuals with a disability certificate and one necessary companion
      4. Children aged 0 – 5 years ride for free, do not occupy a separate seat, and must be accompanied by an adult. One adult may only bring one child for free (a concession ticket is required for the second child onwards)
      5. Concession ticket holders must pay the difference on-site if they do not meet the eligibility criteria upon ticket verification
    • This route does not offer short-distance tickets. From Kaohsiung to Tainan, only disembarking is allowed; from Tainan to Kaohsiung, only boarding is allowed. Tickets cannot be used on subsequent days, and no refunds will be offered.
    • Passengers who fail to catch the bus on the day of departure may board the next bus with available seats, but no refunds will be issued.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Refunds can be requested and processed through the original ticketing platform if cancellation is made by 19:00 the day before the scheduled ride. After this time, refunds are not available. Please consider this carefully before purchasing a ticket. [Example] To cancel a ride scheduled for August 1, the refund application must be completed by 19:00 on July 31, and the system company will then process the refund.
    • In cases of force majeure (e.g., flight cancellations/delays), passengers may use the original ticket to board "any other service on the same day," but must queue on-site for available seats.
    • For refunds due to force majeure, please prepare the necessary documentation and apply for a full refund through the original channel.
