  • Participants must complete registration and payment by 19:00 the day before the reserved bus schedule. Example: To reserve a bus on August 1, registration and payment must be completed by 19:00 on July 31.
  • Valid only for reserved bus schedules. Please arrive early, as no refunds will be given if missed.
  • This route is not eligible for Tainan City Resident Card discounts.
  • Half-ticket purchasers must provide valid proof. Full fare will be charged otherwise.
  • Travel time is approximately 90-120 minutes, subject to changes due to real-time traffic and road conditions.
  • Airport shuttle arrival times may vary based on traffic conditions. To avoid delays, please arrive at least four hours before flight departure. No compensation for missed flights due to late bus arrival.
  • Half-ticket discounts not applicable to foreign tourists and residents with a residence permit.
  • On-the-spot boarding is possible if seats are available. Pay directly with coins when boarding to avoid missing out due to sold-out seats.
  • In cases where the shuttle is delayed due to reasons attributed to our company, passengers will be arranged to ride a designated vehicle, and if unable to board the reserved flight, compensation will be provided in the form of an economy class ticket for the same route or a monetary compensation.
  • Passenger count includes infants and children. Children aged 0–5 ride free without occupying a seat, accompanied by an adult. One adult may bring one child for free (second child requires a concession ticket).

  2. Present the electronic voucher (QR Code) at the verification counter to staff for exchange or scan it at the designated machine.

｜Route 111 - Tainan Xiaogang Airport Bus

  • This reservation calendar shows the departure time from the first stop. Please refer to the "Timetable" above and estimate your arrival time accordingly. It is recommended to arrive at the bus stop 10-20 minutes early to avoid missing the bus.
  • Verification Method: Please present the electronic voucher (QR Code) to the driver for scanning upon boarding at your reserved stop, then take your seat.
    • Only valid for the reserved bus schedule. Please wait early; the ticket will not be valid on subsequent days, and the fare will not be refunded.
    • The travel time is approximately 90-120 minutes, but may vary due to actual traffic and road conditions.
    • The airport shuttle bus arrival time may be slightly affected by traffic conditions. To avoid reporting and boarding delays, the bus you take must be scheduled at least four hours before your flight departure. We are not responsible for compensation if your rights are affected by not taking an earlier bus.

※Visitor Reminders:

  • The entire museum area (both outdoor and indoor) is a smoke-free zone.
  • The museum's outdoor areas are located in the aviation control zone; releasing sky lanterns, fireworks, kites, or any remote-controlled flying devices that pose flight safety concerns is strictly prohibited.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the museum (except for service dogs on duty).
  • Do not bring umbrellas with long handles or items larger than A3 size into the exhibition halls.
  • Please do not eat or drink, record videos, or take photos (except in specially designated areas) during your visit, and keep your voices low.
  • Due to the need to preserve the collections, the exhibition halls are kept at a lower temperature. Please bring warm clothing as necessary and avoid wearing inappropriate clothing, slippers, roller shoes, or using skateboards or bicycles inside the museum.
  • Follow the on-site regulations upon entry. The museum reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed to compromise the safety of the exhibits or the order of the visit.
  • If any damage or destruction is caused to the museum's facilities or collections, the museum reserves the right to seek compensation.

  • Once any product or gift included in the package is used, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Please be aware of the business hours of the redemption store, and if the redemption cannot be completed within that time, please redeem during other normal business hours within the validity period.
  • The package has a 14-day validity limit, which requires all items to be used within 14 days of the first use, including the day of the first use. Example: If the first item is activated on January 1, 2025, the latest usage deadline is January 14, 2025.
  • This ticket is limited to one person per ticket, each electronic ticket can only be used once, and cannot be reused after being validated for entry.
  • In case of force majeure factors (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, etc.) and considering public safety, the organizer may postpone or cancel the event, and will announce and contact in advance. The organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.

  • Riding Information:
    • Passengers must complete registration and payment by 19:00 the day before the scheduled bus departure. [Example] For a ride scheduled on August 1, registration and payment must be completed by 19:00 on July 31.
    • For passengers boarding the 00:00 bus, please note: e.g., if you wish to board at 12:00 AM on July 2, you must reserve the 00:00 bus for July 3 by 19:00 on July 2.
    • Passenger count should include infants and children. Children aged 0 – 5 can ride for free but do not occupy a seat and must be accompanied by an adult. One adult may accompany one child for free (a discounted ticket is required for the second child and beyond).
    • When passengers wish to bring pets on board, the pet carrier must be made of rigid plastic material compliant with IATA specifications (International Air Travel Association pet carrier criteria), with maximum external dimensions not exceeding 70 cm in height and 90 cm in width. Additionally, the company allows service animals such as guide dogs on board, which must be leashed and kept at the passenger’s feet throughout the journey without needing to meet IATA specifications.
    • Passengers may bring bicycles on board, following the personal carry-on regulations (each item must not exceed 150 cm in length, with the total length, width, and height not exceeding 220 cm, and the total weight not exceeding 40 kg). Bicycles must be folded to fit these dimensions and stored in a carry bag.
    • The bus cannot accommodate wheelchairs.
    • If bringing a stroller, please fold it and place it in the bus luggage compartment.
    • Passengers are responsible for securing their luggage, bicycles, and strollers to prevent damage during transit.
    • Please look after your personal belongings, as the company is not responsible for damage or theft.
  • Ticket Purchasing Information:
    • Discounted tickets are limited to passengers holding Taiwanese nationality.
      Eligible categories for discounted tickets:
      1. Children aged 6 – 12
      2. Seniors aged 65 and above
      3. Passengers holding a disability ID and one necessary companion
      4. Children aged 0 – 5 can ride for free but do not occupy a seat and must be accompanied by an adult. One adult may accompany one child for free (a discounted ticket is required for the second child and beyond)
      5. If the conditions for discounted tickets are not met upon ticket validation at the event, the difference must be paid on-site.
    • This route does not offer short-distance tickets. From Kaohsiung to Tainan, passengers can only disembark; from Tainan to Kaohsiung, passengers can only board. Tickets are non-refundable if not used the same day.
    • If a passenger misses the bus on the day of departure, they may board the next bus if space is available, but no refunds are given.
  • Refund Policies:
    • Cancellations and refunds can be made on the original ticket purchasing platform if done before 19:00 the day before the scheduled bus departure. Late requests will not be refunded. Please consider carefully before purchasing. [Example] To cancel a ride scheduled on August 1, the refund request must be completed by 19:00 on July 31, and upon verification by the system, the refund (money) will be processed.
    • In case of force majeure factors (such as flight cancellations/delays), you can use the original ticket to board "any other bus on the same day," but you must queue on-site.
    • For refunds due to force majeure, please prepare the necessary documentation and apply through the original channel for a full refund.
