- Participants must complete registration and payment by 19:00 the day before the reserved bus schedule. Example: To reserve a bus on August 1, registration and payment must be completed by 19:00 on July 31.
- Valid only for reserved bus schedules. Please arrive early, as no refunds will be given if missed.
- This route is not eligible for Tainan City Resident Card discounts.
- Half-ticket purchasers must provide valid proof. Full fare will be charged otherwise.
- Travel time is approximately 90-120 minutes, subject to changes due to real-time traffic and road conditions.
- Airport shuttle arrival times may vary based on traffic conditions. To avoid delays, please arrive at least four hours before flight departure. No compensation for missed flights due to late bus arrival.
- Half-ticket discounts not applicable to foreign tourists and residents with a residence permit.
- On-the-spot boarding is possible if seats are available. Pay directly with coins when boarding to avoid missing out due to sold-out seats.
- In cases where the shuttle is delayed due to reasons attributed to our company, passengers will be arranged to ride a designated vehicle, and if unable to board the reserved flight, compensation will be provided in the form of an economy class ticket for the same route or a monetary compensation.
- Passenger count includes infants and children. Children aged 0–5 ride free without occupying a seat, accompanied by an adult. One adult may bring one child for free (second child requires a concession ticket).
